Description
On the ground floor: entrance hall; living room with fireplace; dining room and French door to garden; a very pleasant modern equipped kitchen with oven, cookers, fridge with freezer, toaster, dishwasher and fireplace/BBQ. Tv (no sat) and washing machine available. Service bathroom.
On the first floor, reachable from internal and external stair case: living room, five double bedrooms (queen size bed – two of them can be made as twin on request) each with ensuite shower bathroom. One of the bedroom has a gallery with an extra single bed, ideal for a child.
From the first floor through a flight of steps, we can reach a small living room on the ground floor, with sofa bed (French bed 1.50 mts) and ensuite toilette suitable for disabled (no shower). This living has a French door leading to the pool
Air conditioning available in all the rooms of the villa except in the bathrooms.
The villa has a nice depandance with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Linen are included with the price. It is foreseen a weekly change. On request is also possible to have an additional laundry change (this will be charged).
