Location
In the peaceful hills near Siena, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees, the Villa is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The Villa’s location is perfect for relaxing in the large, well-kept garden or by the private pool. This location is also ideal for guests to travel around beautiful Tuscany – Siena is just a 15 minute drive away, and an hour away are other important cities such as Florence, Perugia, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Grosseto and Arezzo. It is advised that guests have a car to arrive at the Villa.

The owners live in a cottage near the Villa, and they are able to give any information or help necessary.
Just 10 minutes away in S. Rocco a Pilli there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and post office. There are also horseback riding facilities nearby.
Only 5 km far from us there is a new golf club, La Bagnaia, with a 18 holes court, cafè and restaurant. Nearby there is a little lake for the sporting fishing. Only few kilometres far from the villa there are the baths of Petriolo with a wellness centre.
It's possible to go for a bathe in the very clean river Merse, with some good restaurants nearby.
