Notes
Rates are charged in Euro.
Rates are valid until 31 December 2014.
Minimum Stay: 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.
***The balance payment must be made at least 90 days before the date of check-in by bank transfer. In the case that the balance is paid by credit card, 2% will be added to the charge. If this payment is not made the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Refundable Damage Deposit: €2.000,00 is to be sent together with the balance 90 days before the check-in date. The damage deposit will be returned at check-out unless damages are found or extra services have to paid.
In order to rent this Villa, we require that a written agreement is signed by the client.
