Villa Bolognese

Description

The Villa is located on a panoramic hill, not far from the historic center of Florence. The pool and garden area offer beautiful views of Florence and the surrounding countryside. The property is gated and surrounded by a wall, and in the garden is a built-in brick barbecue.

Garden Description

The well-tended garden offers wonderful views of Florence and the surrounding hillsides. The garden is planted with many flowering plants and trees, and there are various areas for guests to relax. There is also a new laundry room (outside the kitchen) with a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipent and a small bathroom.

Parking Facilities

There is room for parking along the road outside the Villa.

Outdoor Dining Area

There is a barbecue, and a patio is furnished for outdoor dining. There is also a table next to the pool where guests can dine while enjoying the fabulous view over Florence.

Pool Description

Next to the Villa is the private pool and large deck area for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the beautiful view over Florence and the surrounding olive grove covered hillsides.

The pool is open from May through September and there is a shower.
