The Villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, just 25 km from the historic centre of Florence, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and woods. A slightly inclining gravel road leads to the Villa. It is advised that guests have a car at their disposal.

How to reach Us by Car
From the South or from the North: Exit the A1 motorway at "Firenze Sud", following the signs to Bagno a Ripoli. Take the road to Rosano Pontassieve, and after about 8 km follow the road towards Forlì-Rufina. Once in the centre of Rufina, turn right to Falgano Diacceto. After about 1,8 km there is a street sign on the left to "Loc. Casi 18/20 IL POGGIOLO" - the private road leads to the Villa, which is 300 metres straight ahead.
