Description
Tenuta Livia is a seasonal resort situated inside the property of Fattoria San Lorenzo.
Tenuta Livia, with its peacefull and essential structure of agricultural origin, is located near the route of the Roman Via Aurelia Antica. Pleasing to the eye, linear and relaxed, it was finely restored with respect to its origins, both in structural materials and furnishings and, so, the open beamed ceilings and the typical Tuscan terracotta floors are in keeping with the original structure. The farmhouse offers 15 apartments completely equipped.
Tenuta Livia also has a restaurant, Casa Livia, with a Tuscany traditional cuisine, and the Kulmbacher Platz, for those who like Bavarian food. The restaurants are open for dinner from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm and it's closed once a week.

Location
Tenuta Livia is located inside Fattoria San Lorenzo, a 450 hectares property at a key point in the Maremma territory and is bordered to the south by the mounth of the river Ombrone and the mounths of the Uccellina Natural Park. A few kilometres away are Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala most famous beaches and the town of Grosseto is only 3 km way. Here the sea and the mountains live in harmony culminating with this special and wild spot.

Near Tenuta Livia there are the famous baths of Saturnia, the wellness centre of Il Tombolo and the historical baths of Venturia "Il Calidario".
It's possible to join guided tours of the most important Etruscan archeological sites: Populonia, Vetulonia and Roselle. If you prefer a nature itinerary, you can visit the Uccellina Park, where you will be able to discover a moltitude of animals. Nearby it's also possible to make horseback riding or excursions in canoe.
The closest supermarket is only 2 km away, where there are also many shops.
